Fact Sheet: Medicare Expansion

On December 12, 2019, the U.S. House passed the Lower Drug Costs Now Act (H.R. 3), which allows the government to negotiate lower drug prices for people covered by Medicare and private insurance.

The legislation also includes three Medicare expansion bills that would add dental, hearing, and vision coverage for seniors.
