This interactive workshop introduces attendees to the Stop the Scam Campaign and the growing threat of AI- and social media-driven scams targeting older adults. Participants will engage in real-world scenarios and discussion, and leave with a clear, practical path to take action and protect their loved ones.

Social Security at a Crossroads: Building a Coalition to Protect and Increase Benefits Before 2032
In this workshop we will explore the urgent threats facing Social Security and the challenges that put its future at risk. Participants will collaborate to develop bold, cross-generational strategies to protect, strengthen, and expand program benefits, and brainstorm ways to form new and powerful coalitions for action before 2032.

Retiree Roundtable: Engaging Retirees for 2026
A collaborative, full group session where members rotate tables to discuss the biggest challenges and opportunities for retiree engagement heading into the 2026 midterms. Participants will share insights, identify barriers to participation, and brainstorm practical solutions to strengthen Alliance retiree involvement and impact nationwide.

Building Retiree Power for 2026
This workshop focuses on how we turn retiree engagement into real electoral power in 2026. We’ll talk through organizing goals, coalition opportunities, and power mapping with an eye toward key races and turnout. Participants will leave with concrete ways to strengthen Alliance chapters as political forces: getting members involved in voter contact, building leadership, and playing a meaningful role in elections in their communities.
